Algorithmic trading - Python

The aim of this project is to cooperate to the building of a platform of algorithmic trading tests, made in Python.
A young and very motivated programmist would be appreciated. He must have a very good knowledge in Python, and some interest for market finance, even if only basics of trading is required. He must also speak English.
This project is a long time project, with a possible business creation afterwards.
1. First step. I already made a platform. However, I am a mathematician (Dr in maghematics) and not a computer science expert, therefore I need an experienced programmist in order to make this platform better.
2. Second step. Implement strategies of algorithmic trading and test them.
3. Third step. Link this platform of tests to the real market (possibly with InteractiveBrokers).
4. Complementary project : create a algorihtmic device of advice in finance. To do in parallel of the main project.
