Our client, a world leader in food production, announces the vacant position:

Contact Center Specialist with knowledge of Bulgarian

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and business letters professionally
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or Philology will be a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent knowledge of Bulgarian
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Six months or more experience in a call center environment will be a plus
  • Good data entry/keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
