We are looking to extend Customer Support wing in UA office

As an Customer Support Rep on the Support team, you will work with US peers to help clients use the Brokermint platform and grow their business. You will be assisting them and ensuring they have a great experience and are successful in their adoption of our SaaS solution.



  • Work in partnership with US based Implementation Team to consistently deliver a seamless experience throughout the customer life-cycle.

  • Collaborate with Implementation Team and assist with account setup, configuration, billing inquires and data import.

  •  Help with post implementation (ongoing support), educate and help customers succeed with our product.

  • Resolve customer requests via chat, email, or social media.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and consistently keep commitments and set expectations to customers.

  • Own support metrics and problem-solve to constantly improve them.

  • Run reports and conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement.

  • Job Type: Remote (You are required to work from home) / Full-time + Monitoring over weekends / US time zone
