Database of potential candidates for sales manager position

I am looking to hire a sales manager for my startup. I import beauty products (creams, lotions, masks,etc) from Europe to Ukraine, especially in Kiev.
I need you to compile a database of potential candidates with the following profile:
1)lives in Kiev or can work in Kiev
2)Previous sales and/or sales management work experience
3)Speaks English
I need the database to contain
1)Name, age
2)Email (and if possible, phone)
3)Linkdn, IG and VK profile (the more, the best)
4)Previous work experience, current position, CV
5)English speaking or not
6)Source of the information (Linkdn, job-seeking sites, others).
